A STEP TOWARDS UP’S NEXT 100 YEARS: Sen. Edgardo J. Angara, chairperson of the University of the Philippines Centennial Commission, announces the success of UP's Centennial fund-raising efforts. The Commission has already managed to garner P6-billion in pledges and donations, significantly higher than the UP System-target of P5-billion. The funds will be used for faculty development and welfare, modernization, scholarships, and research and development. With Sen. Angara are the members of the Commission (Bottom Row L-R) Atty.
