DISTRIBUTION OF SCHOLARSHIP CERTIFICATE: Mrs. Audrey Zubiri, representing Senate Majority Leader Juan Miguel Zubiri, personally distributed certificates of scholarship in technical courses such as bartending, barista, baking, housekeeping, food processing, small engine repair and travel services to the 100 beneficiaries of Barangay Project 6 in Quezon City on Monday morning of June 7, 2009 thru the coordination of TESDA. A total of 700 scholarships plus P60 daily allowance around Metro Manila will be granted by the program initiated by Senator Zubiri.
