NO TO CON-ASS: Former Senate President and Liberal Party National Chairman Franklin Drilon leads Senate employees in giving the thumbs down sign to denounced House resolution 1109 which seeks to amend the 1987 Constitution through a Constituent Assembly thereby by-passing the Senate. Drilon was guest at the Kapihan sa Senado news forum and took part in the impromptu anti-Cha Cha rally organized by the Senatye Employees Union (Senado) yesterday morning.
