INDEPENDENCE DAY, COTABATO DAY: Senator Loren B. Legarda waved to the the residents and local officials of Cotabato during their celebration of Independence Day and formal opening of the 50th Cotabato Day held in City Plaza Friday morning. Legarda also joined the farmers and fisherfolks in a boodle fight during their consultation meeting with the Senator.
