RIO DE JANEIRO, BRAZIL: Senator Gregorio B. Honasan II delivered the report for Asia before the 6th Forum of the Global Parliamentarians for Habitat (GPH) at the Camara Municipal, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil on March 19, 2010. As president of the GPH-Asian Regional Council, Honasan commended the organization for its timely response to the issue on Climate Change and expressed all efforts to thwart its negative effects.
