ROXAS, ISABELA: Liberal Party vice-presidential bet Senator Mar Roxas, who is touted now by election experts and analysts as a sure winner in the May 10 national elections, gestures as he addresses a crowd of supporters in Roxas, Isabela during a recent campaign swing in the Cagayan region. Forty-seven groups representing close to half a million farmers nationwide have endorsed Roxas and his presidential candidate, Sen. Benigno S. Aquino, because they are confident an Aquino-Roxas administration would ensure the full and sincere implementation of the agrarian reform program.
