ENRILE, ZUBIRI CHECK PROGRESS OF COC ARRIVAL: Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile (right) and Senate Majority Leader Miguel Zubiri check the progress of the arrival of the Certificates of Canvass (COCs) at the Senate building in Pasay City yesterday. The Senate has received 40 COCs to date, two of which came from La Union and Baguio City while the rest came from overseas voting centers. Enrile said the Senate is expecting to receive 276 COCs.
