VICE-PRESIDENTIAL RACE: Senator Mar Roxas asks his rival Makati Mayor Jejomar Binay to respect the electoral process and wait till the last vote is counted instead of prematurely declaring victory in last Monday's elections. Roxas said he is confident his bailiwick votes will put him over the hump and eventually declare him the winner in the vice-presidential race, adding there are at least six million votes that remain to be tabulated and made public, most of them from regions where he had high voter preference ratings.
