PROCLAIMED: Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile shows his Certificate of Proclamation to media during a simple ceremony led by the Commission on Elections at the Philippine International Convention Centre (PICC). Proclaimed to serve as Senators for the 15th Congress together with Enrile were Senators Ramon “Bong” Revilla Jr., Jinggoy Estrada, Pia Cayetano, Ralph Recto and Tito Sotto.
