COMMITTEE ON FINANCE HOLDS FIRST HEARING: Senators Ralph Recto, Bongbong Marcos, Gringo Honasan, Tito Sotto, TG Guingona and Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile listen to committee on Finance chairman, Sen. Franklin Drilon, as he asks Atty. Yolanda Doblon of the Senate Legislative Budget Research and Monitoring Office to clarify a point during a briefing of the Finance committee on the budget for fiscal year 2010. The new senators were briefed on the 2010 budget as they were not present during the 14th Congress. The briefing will be the Senate's basis for next year’s budget.
