“UNANG SIGAW” NG NUEVA ECIJA: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada graces the 114th Anniversary celebration of the “Unang Sigaw” ng Nueva Ecija Thursday afternoon. Sen. Estrada, along with Governor Aurelio Matias Umali and Vice Governor Gay Padiernos, joins Novo Ecijanos as they commemorate and take pride on their display of unity and great courage during the early days of 1896 Philippine revolution. The historic event is considered one of the first freedom movements of Filipinos against the Spanish invasion.
