WELCOMING BULAKENYOS: Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada is greeted by delighted Bulakenyos, as he walks towards Barasoain Church to lead the commemorative ceremonies of the 112th Anniversary of the opening of the Malolos Congress, Wednesday morning.
