FACE OF DETERMINATION: As a show of support, Senate President Pro Tempore Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada visited Raissa Laurel in Philippine General Hospital and gifted her with an iPad Monday afternoon. Ms. Laurel, who hails from San Juan City, is a law student and one of the 50 victims in the grenade explosion which marked the conclusion of the bar exams last September 26, 2010. Despite the fact that she lost both her limbs because of the incident, Raissa never lost courage, optimism and determination to pursue her dream of becoming a lawyer.
