RESPECT TO ELDERS: Senator Juan Miguel "Migz" Zubiri pays his respect to an elder of Barangay Caunayan in Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte during his recent visit in the area as he inaugurated a covered court under his One Town, One Project. Zubiri is the first senator and national public official who visited Caunayan, the farthest barangay of Ilocos province which is already next to Cagayan region.
