LADY MIRIAM IS BACK: Senator Miriam Santiago Defensor, appearing for the first time as a senator-judge at the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Renato Corona, orders prosecutors and the defense panel to submit the names of their respective witnesses as well as their “substantial” testimonies to expedite the trial proceedings.
