2012 PHILIPPINE-SPANISH FRIENSDHIP DAY: Senator Edgardo J. Angara receives a book entitled "Entre España y Filipinas: Jose Rizal, Escritor" (Between Spain and the Philippines: Jose Rizal, the Writer) from Ambassador Jorge Domecq of Spain during the preparatory meeting of the Philippine-Spanish Friendship Day 2012.
