UNEMPLOYMENT RATE: Sen. Manny Villar, chairman of the Committee on Economic Affairs, tells National Economic Development Authority Dir. Gen. Cayetano Paderanga that he is not convinced that the number of unemployed Filipinos is decreasing. He said if the unemployment rate is only 7 percent, this means the employment situation in the country is better than the United States and other developed countries.
