ALVEO LAND CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER TESTIFIES: Carmina Cruz, Customer Relations Officer of Alveo Land, is presented as the 12th witness of the defense in the on-going impeachment trial of Supreme Court Chief Justice Renato Corona Tuesday, March 20, 2012. In her testimony, Cruz confirmed under oath that Mrs. Cristina Corona has not accepted the Columns unit, allegedly worth P3.588 million, in June of 2008, and instead accepted it in August of 2009. The prosecution has alleged that the condominium unit was bought in 2004 and was declared only in the Chief Justice’s statement of assets, liabilities and net-worth (SALN) of 2010.
