ENRILE WELCOMES GOPAC DELEGATES: Senate President Juan Ponce Enrile welcomes delegates from around the world to the 5th Global Conference of Parliamentarians Against Corruption (GOPAC). “I think our gathering here is held at an auspicious time, to deal with a problem that affected and still affects not only the political communities in the past but most importantly the political communities of our time,” Enrile said in his welcome remarks.
