PDAF PROBE STARTS: The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, headed by Senator Teofisto “TG” Guingona III, conducts the first of a series of public hearings looking into the alleged P10 billion Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) scam involving businesswoman Janet Lim-Napoles. The investigation comes after the Commission on Audit came out with a special audit showing anomalous transactions involving the PDAF of some legislators and bogus non-government organizations.
