IN A PRIVILEGE SPEECH: Senator Vicente C. Sotto III announces his dicesion to forego the allocation of Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) for his office for the succeeding years of his tenure as Senator and gives the remaining PDAF allocation for this year to the State Colleges and Universities, particularly, to the University of the Philippines and to the regional hospitals of the government.
