DRILON ATTENDS FORUM: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon speaks before members of the Makati Business Club (MBC) which held a forum at the Intercontinental Hotel in Makati City Monday afternoon. Drilon, who was invited to speak in the event, discussed the legislative priorities of the Senate in the 16th Congress, such as the rationalization of fiscal incentives, the passage of the Freedom of Information bill, and amendments to the charter of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas, among others.
