DRILON FILES RESOLUTION TO ABOLISH PDAF: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon shows a copy of Proposed Senate Resolution no. 303 expressing the sense of the Senate to abolish the Priority Development Assistance Fund (PDAF) in the General Appropriations Act of 2014, during a press conference at the Office of the Senate President, Monday afternoon.
