DRILON TACKLES PORK BARREL ISSUE BEFORE INTERNATIONAL LEADERS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon explained briefly the pork barrel controversy that was hounding the Philippine Congress before 120 international parliamentarians at the 20th anniversary of the Council of Asian Liberals and Democrats (CALD) held today/November 9, 2013 in the Manila Hotel.
