SUGAR HEARING: Senator Cynthia Villar, Chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food and Agriculture Secretary Proceso Alcala assure to address all the concerns of the country’s sugar industry during a public hearing at the SRA Hall in Bacolod City.
