ORMOC CITY, LEYTE: Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada was welcomed with smiling faces of typhoon Yolanda victims as he arrived in the venue of a relief operation in Barangay San Pablo, Simangan, Ormoc City Leyte last Sunday November 17. According to the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council (NDRRMC), Ormoc City recorded 31 casualties and 191,000 affected individuals from all of its 110 barangays.
