37TH UNESCO GENERAL CONFERENCE: Senator Loren Legarda, head of the Philippine Delegation to the 37th UNESCO General Conference, holds bilateral talks with UNESCO Director General Irina Bokova on November 8 in Paris, France. Legarda and Bokova discussed the Philippines’ programs and agenda that are closely related to UNESCO’s work, as well as the country’s candidature for a seat in the World Heritage Committee.
