MANILA HELPS SAMAR: Senator Jinggoy Ejercito Estrada hands over a check to Municipal Mayor Sheen Gonzales of Guiuan, Eastern Samar. The financial donation was from the City of Manila, led by Sen. Estrada’s father, former President and Manila City Mayor Joseph Estrada, as authorized by the City Council. Jinggoy was in Guiuan to conduct another round of relief operations for the victims of super typhoon Yolanda. Guiuan recorded the highest number of casualties and damaged houses for the province of Eastern Samar, as it is where the super storm made its first landfall.
