WORKS ON PAPER EXHIBITS: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon views the works of art featured at the "Collective Exhibit of Works on Paper by Contemporary Artists from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao" held in celebration of National Arts Month at the Senate hallway, this Monday afternoon.
