ACCREDITING SOCIAL WELFARE AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS: Senator Nancy Binay, Chair of the Committee on Social Justice, Welfare and Rural Development, together with Senator Bam Aquino, preside over a public hearing looking into proposed Senate Bill No. 722, which seeks to establish a comprehensive system for registration and licensing of social welfare and development agencies as well as the accreditation of its programs and services.
