RIBBON CUTTING: Senate President Franklin Drilon leads the ceremonial ribbon cutting of the new school building for the Pacita Complex Elementary School in San Pedro, Laguna constructed under the Senator Franklin Drilon School Building Project on Thursday, March 6. Initiated by Drilon, the school building project was effectively completed with the support of the Federation of Filipino-Chinese Chambers of Commerce and Industry Inc (FFCCCII).
