LPPCHEA PHOTO EXHIBIT: Senator Cynthia A. Villar, together with Senate President Franklin Drilon and Senator Nancy Binay lead the ribbon-cutting that signaled the opening of the photo exhibit called “LPPCHEA” at the second floor lobby of the Senate of the Philippines building yesterday. The photo exhibit is in consonance with the anniversary of the declaration of the Las Piñas-Paranaque Critical Habitat and Eco-Tourism Area (LPPCHEA) as a wetland of international importance by the Ramsar Convention. LPPCHEA is the ‘Last Coastal Frontier of Metro Manila and Wetland of International Importance.
