INCREDIBLE WITNESSES: Senator Jinggoy Ejercito took the floor on Wednesday and exposed through a privilege speech entitled “The Tale of Two Incredible Witnesses” the questionable integrity, dubious backgrounds and shady dealings of Dennis Cunanan and Ruby Tuason who were recruited witnesses of the Department of Justice in connection with the so-called pork barrel scam.
