EARLY X’MAS TREAT: Former Senate President Manny Villar and Senator Cynthia A. Villar play Santa Claus to the poor kids from Baseco, Tondo and Iruhin, Tagaytay City during an early Christmas treat at the Christmas Village of Brittany’s Crosswinds, an idyllic residential property in the said city.
