SPEAKING AT THE NLEX-SCTEX INTEGRATION SIGNING: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon addresses the guests of the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) and Subic-Clark-Tarlac Expressway (SCTEX) integration agreement signing held at the Senate on Thursday, February 5, 2015. Sharing how he himself had been a victim of long traffic queues at expressways during the last holidays, Drilon said: "I am glad to extend my assistance in pursuing a prompt and decisive stance in this development initiative. Filipinos deserve a smooth, safe and unproblematic time while traveling, especially during peak seasons where many take to the roads to visit their loved ones."
