SLIP ZERO COMMUNITY: The Senate Committee on Justice and Human Rights Sub-Committee on Slip Zero Community led by Senator Teofisto “TG” Guingona III (right) conduct an inquiry Tuesday, February 17, into the appeal of a Manila community named “Slip Zero” composed of 141 underprivileged families for the issuance of a proclamation that would allow the residents to have an on-site or in-city housing, in accordance with the Urban Development and Housing Act of 1992.
