SIGNING THE SENATE-PHILHEALTH MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon leads the official signing of the memorandum of agreement between the Senate and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation (Philhealth) held at the EDSA Shangri-la Plaza, Mandaluyong City on February 12, 2015.
