WOMEN’S MONTH IN NAIC: “When we empower women, we empower families and generations of people,” says Senator Cynthia Villar who stresses that she’s a strong believer “in women empowering women.” She tells women of Naic, Cavite during their celebration of Women’s Month that she has learned that helping women recognize their own talents and helping them chart their own destiny is truly fulfilling and empowering in itself. She says the country needs more empowered women because of the important role they play in nation building.
