DRILON SPEAKS TO LAGUNA’ S NEWEST GRADUATES: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon addresses the graduates of batch 2015 from the Laguna State Polytechnic University during their commencement exercises held last April 7, 2015, Tuesday, at San Pablo City, Laguna. Drilon, himself a product of the public school educational system, encouraged the graduates to dedicate their lives in “making our country great again,” and in helping advance the government’s development efforts.
