GRADUATION: “Grab opportunities coming your way.” This was the message of Senator Cynthia A. Villar to all the graduates of the Las Piñas Manpower Training Center (TESDA) during their graduation with the theme “Teknikal na Kaalaman, Gamit sa Pag-unlad ng Sarili at ng Bayan.” Despite the knowhow and skills they acquired, the senator says there should be no limit in learning and they should acquire more skills. She emphasizes that alternative forms of education they had at TESDA give the poor and working students even better opportunities to continue their studies until they earn a college diploma.
