CRACKDOWN ON ILLEGAL TOWING: Senator Grace Poe, chair of the Senate Committee on Public Order and Dangerous Drugs, and Acting Minority Leader Vicente “Tito” Sotto III preside over a Senate inquiry on the spate of car theft incidents in the country involving syndicates disguised as towing services.
