DRILON GUESTS AT KAPIHAN: Senate President Franklin M. Drilon talks about the Senate's commitment to ensuring the constitutionality of the upper chamber's version of the proposed Bangsamoro Basic Law (BBL) during the weekly Kapihan sa Senado on Thursday, June 4, 2015.
