YOUTH AGRI-ENTREPRENEURS: Senator Cynthia A. Villar poses with the youth participants in the two-day workshop called “Youth as Agri-Entrepreneurs: Strengthening Agricultural Youth Organizations for Poverty Reduction" initiated by Villar SIPAG with the Department of Agriculture held in Pulang Lupa Uno, Las Piñas. The senator, chair of the Senate Committee on Agriculture and Food, encourages the youth to become agri-entrepreneurs. She has been pursuing access to agricultural training opportunities for the youth through the Agricultural Competitiveness Enhancement Fund (ACEF).
