COMMITTEE HEARING: Citing the rapid growth of social media, Senator Pia Cayetano discusses with representatives of women’s groups a measure seeking to expand the scope of violence against women and children to include electronic means. “More than a form of communication, social media is being used in some instances as a mode of disseminating scandals involving both television personalities and private individuals.
