PNOY, DRILON LEAD ICC INAUGURATION:: PNOY, President Benigno Aquino III and Senate President Franklin M. Drilon lead the official unveiling of the marker for the newly-built Iloilo Convention Center (ICC) during its inauguration ceremony held at Iloilo City on Monday, September 14, 2015.
