JOINT CONGRESSIONAL HEARING ON AUTOMATED ELECTIONS SYSTEM: Senator Aquilino “Koko” Pimentel III and Cavite 4th District Representative Elpidio Barzaga are updated by officials of the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) on the agency’s preparations for the 2016 National and Local Elections during a joint congressional hearing on the automated election system, Thursday morning.
