VISION SCREENING PROGRAM: Senator Pia Cayetano stresses the need to establish a national vision screening program for kindergarten pupils during a Senate hearing attended by officials of the Department of Education, Thursday afternoon. “Out of all our senses, the sense of sight is the most abused and neglected.
