On Distribution of Relief Goods: Sen. Joel Villanueva wants to know the protocol used by the Department of Social Welfare and Development in determining the distribution of the relief goods in the local level during the agency’s proposed budget deliberation amounting to P169.29 billion for 2021 Tuesday, November 17, 2020. Villanueva was informed that P1.25 billion was set aside for the Quick Response Fund (QRF) in 2020 but the money was quickly depleted.
