Sotto Presides Over CA Confirmation: Commission on Appointments chairman and Senate President Vicente C. Sotto III presides over the confirmation and nomination of senior officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, during the hybrid plenary session Wednesday, 9 December 2020. Also confirmed were foreign affairs officers Jose Eduardo Enciso Malaya III as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to The Netherlands and Ricarte Abejuella III to the rank of Foreign Service Officer Class 1, who is currently serving as consul at the Consulate-General in New York, USA.
