Extraordinary measures: Sen. Joel Villanueva joins his colleagues in approving on third and final reading two measures seeking to extend the validity of funds under the 2020 General Appropriations Act (GAA) and the Bayanihan 2 until December 31, 2021 and June 30, 2021, respectively. “We live in extraordinary times and this requires the adoption of extra ordinary measures. Extending the availability of the funds under the 2020 GAA and the Bayanihan 2 will be the springboard to our genuine and inclusive recovery in 2021.
